The K-State song came to light after some writing sessions with Nashville based songwriters David Oakleaf, Dustin Keith and Jared Daniels.  They all had one common link of being K-State Wildcats.  They collectively attended K-state from 1999-2009.  David Oakleaf and Dustin Keith performed the streets of Aggieville as the band "Ten Til' Blue"  and Jared Daniels with The Jared Daniels Band and K-Stater Kevin Henrichs joined in by playing guitar for us on it. 
They wanted to create a song for K-Staters by K-Staters.  Everyone who plays on this song attended K-State at one time or another.
